Orlando Hit & Throw Baseball Academy
About Us
Our Purpose
Orlando Hit & Throw Baseball Academy was born from the conviction that baseball is much more than a sport. It is a tool for shaping disciplined, responsible young people who are prepared to face life's challenges.
Our priority is to develop people of high character while teaching the game with excellence. We believe success is not measured solely by results on the field, but by the opportunities each athlete builds for their academic, professional, and personal future.
Mission
To train and develop young athletes through a comprehensive approach to baseball, combining technical development, discipline, education, responsibility, teamwork, and values.
Our purpose is to give every player the athletic and personal tools they need to reach their full potential, using baseball as a vehicle to create opportunities — always keeping education and college as a fundamental part of their future.
Vision
To be a baseball academy recognized for the quality of its athletic training and, above all, for the positive impact it has on the lives of its athletes.
We aspire to develop players ready to compete at a high level, but also disciplined, educated, and responsible young people, capable of using baseball as a tool to access academic and college opportunities and build a successful future on and off the field.
Our Philosophy
More than baseball, we shape people.
At Orlando Hit & Throw, we understand that an athlete's development goes far beyond learning to hit, throw, or field.
We work to develop discipline, confidence, respect, responsibility, consistency, and teamwork. We teach our players to compete, to learn from their mistakes, to respect the process, and to understand that results are the consequence of daily work.
We want our athletes to grow in a healthy environment — one where we talk about sport, but also about academics, behavior, goals, and the future.
We don't base our training on promises of reaching professional baseball. Our aim is broader and more real: to prepare young people to use baseball as a tool that opens doors, especially toward education and college.
We create real opportunities through baseball, education, and discipline.
